1、the name and address of each mortgagee;

2、The claim of a mortgagee upon mortgaged property.

3、"or firmly affixed thereto, duly executed by each mortgagee shall be lodged by the mortgagor or mortgagee with the Registrar."

13、The mortgagee would have lost a thousand pounds, and the owner of the land would have gained it.

14、In case the ship is not insured, the mortgagee has the right to place the ship under insurance coverage and the mortgagor shall pay for the premium thereof.

15、The real estate mortgage means that the mortgagor uses his real estate without transferring the way of occupancy to provide guarantee of obligation for his mortgagee.

16、Article 25 The money obtained by the mortgagee from the sale by auction of the mortgaged building property shall be used in the following order:

17、Article 49: a written mortgage contract shall be signed between a mortgagor and a mortgagee for the mortgage of real property.

18、Article18 In case the mortgagee has transferred all or part of his right to debt secured by the mortgaged ship to another person, the mortgage shall be transferred accordingly.

19、A mortgagee may entrust a legal advisors office in the Shenzhen Municipality to sign a building property mortgage contract on his behalf, provided that a power of attorney must be issued.

20、Article 21 If the mortgagor does not repay the loan as provided in the building property mortgage contract, the mortgagee has the right to sell the mortgaged building property through auction.

21、"Where the interest of a mortgagee in a mortgage of a registered ship is transmitted to another person by any lawful means other than a transfer under section 48,"

22、The mortgagee shall be entitled to the priority of having his claim satisfied with the proceeds from auction of the land-use right to the allocated State-owned land after payment of the granting fees for the land-use right.

23、Upon lodgment of the instrument of transfer the Registrar shall enter in the register the name of the transferee as the mortgagee of the ship concerned and shall endorse on the instrument of transfer the date and time of such registration.

24、"Subject to sections 47, 51 and 52, beneficial interests may be enforced by or against the owner or mortgagee of a ship in respect of his interest in the ship in the same manner as in respect of any other personal property."
