1、The next step occurs when the exporter draws a draft on an opening bank.
2、We are returning your claim as the opening bank does not maintain an account with us.
3、All banking charges outside of opening bank are for beneficiary's account.
4、The shipper always asks the opening bank to delete this stipulation.
5、To achieve this aim, the opening bank can refuse to pay and the court can issue the injunction.
6、The payment shall be effected by the opening bank by telegraphic transfer against presentation to them of the aforesaid draft(s) and the relevant documents.
7、Shipment Can only be effect upon receipt of applicant's shipping instructions through L/C opening bank nominating the name of carrying vessel by means of subsequent Credit amendment.
8、Either because the credit amount is too large, or because he does not fully trust the opening bank, sometimes the exporter may require a confirmed letter of credit.
